Superfast internet across Mumbai

Using the 100 Mbps FTTH plan for almost a year now. Evening speed is the same as morning, which was never the case with my old provider. Kids stream, I'm on Zoom calls, no issues.

Internet went down during the heavy rain in July. Messaged on WhatsApp at 9 pm and it was fixed by 11 the next morning. That kind of service is rare.

Good speed and fair pricing. Installation took two days instead of one because of building permission, but they kept me updated the whole time.

Switched from a big brand after constant drops. Been 6 months with Speednet — hardly any downtime. Paying online is quick too.

I game a lot and ping was my main concern. Getting steady low ping on Valorant servers. Router was set up properly, not just thrown in a corner.

My parents are not tech savvy, so support matters. They just call the number and someone patiently helps them. Very happy we shifted.
